He was quite misleading about the luxury car tax. It's not a 33% tax on the full amount. First the difference is found bewteen the LCT threshold and the car's retail price - say it's a $90k car and the threshold is around $85k (it varies), so the difference is $5k. The 10% GST component of that difference comes off, giving $4.5k; then the 33% is applied to that sum, so the payable is $1,485. The car is now $91,485, not $129.7k (+33% of $90k) as he erroneously implied. His accent is a bastardised Brit, Kiwi, Aussie blend, and it's abominable. Aussies don't say "Brother", that would be a Kiwi bouncer. I've only ever had great interactions with cops, but then, I don't break the law as he appears to do.

Only issue I have with the video is that they did change the track to accommodate Group A racing a long time back.
